2. Products and Orders

  • All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual color or appearance may slightly differ due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message or email. We may cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect information.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
  • We currently accept payments via:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • bKash (Personal/merchant number provided at checkout)
  • You must pay the full amount before or at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are delivered through Pathao Courier Service.
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days
    • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
    • Pre-order items: 30–40 days (maximum 75 days).
  • If a pre-order item cannot be delivered within 75 days, your payment will be refunded.
  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below:

  • You may return a product if you are not satisfied, but you must cover the delivery/return charge.
  • Exchange is possible only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Pre-order items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • To request a return or exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after the payment is made.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address or contact details.
  • Misuse of our website or fraudulent activity may lead to order cancellation or legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability
